Remember the clients you and your team worked best with and also those who told their friends about how great it was to travel with your company! These people are your target audience.
Create the set of services, training courses, and equipment rental for your target audience. Draw a plan of the route in Google Maps and write the program description. Make a list of what will be included in the program and what should be paid for separately by the client.
Provide your customers with an official invitation on behalf of the company for visa applications if neccessary. This service is usually provided for free.
Everybody is pleased when somebody meets them at the airport with their name on a label. Include transfers from the airport and back, as well as all transfers/flights within the program. However, exclude air flights to and from the starting location of the program, because you do not know the tourist’s starting point.
Include accommodation if the program involves moving along the route. If your program runs at the same place all the time, it is recommended that you give the customer the opportunity to choose a hotel. He/she may choose an accommodation through an existing hotel booking system, such as booking.com
Determine the duration of your program. For example, 7, 10 or 14 days, or even a month, based on what you know about your tourists or the general statistics regarding the duration of vacations. Of course, the duration of the program has a direct effect on its final price. So – weigh all the pros and cons.
Sum up the cost price of all included services and add the profit that you intend to earn. Please note that the final price of your program should include our commission of 15% that we take for successfully paid bookings, and 15% for the successfully completed tour raffles.
How are you going to offer the participation in your programs? For example, you can offer an entire boat rental for yacht cruises based on individual applications, or you can also assign dates of group tours and sell cabins or each spot separately. You can sell spots on a group tour with known dates one by one or several at a time by flexibly adjusting pricing.
